Sipradi's Tata Protect Now Gets Additional And Facilities

Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd, the official authorised distributor of Tata Motors in Nepal, has launched added services and facilities under the 'Tata Protect' scheme for the customers of Tata commercial vehicles. The launch event which was conducted online was attended by the top executives of Sipradi Trading, Tata Motors, and the customers of Tata commercial vehicles.Tata Protect was launched in 2019 with the aim of reducing vehicle downtime, minimizing vehicle operating expenses and providing complete security to customers by providing fast, efficient and quality service to Tata's commercial vehicle owners.Tata Protect includes eight types of services and facilities, namely, Master Care Plus, Tata Genuine Parts, Express Service, Tata Zippy, Customer Helpline, Tata Shield, Tata Alert and V Care. These services and facilities are available from all the service centers and authorized service centers of Sipradi Trading.Under Master Care Plus, there are fleet management solutions and an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), in which the company will take charge of all the service and repair work of the customers' vehicles. Similarly, Under Tata Genuine Parts, there is a warranty facility of 6 months or up to 50,000 km on the spare parts sent to Sipradi Workshop. Under the express service, the company guarantees that the vehicle will be serviced within 4 hours, otherwise it will arrange for compensation.Under Tata Zippy, the vehicle is repaired within 48 hours, otherwise, there is a provision for compensation. There is a customer helpline which is available 24/7 and guarantees to solve any customer complaints within 48 hours. Accidental vehicles under Tata Shield are ready in 60 days and cashless insurance claim facilities are also available.Furthermore, Tata Alert provides a guarantee that if the vehicle breaks down in the designated highway corridors, it will reach the location within 6 hours and the vehicle will be ready within 48 hours. Finally, under the V Care service, if the customer does not receive the service and facilities as expected while making a vehicle in the workshop, there is a provision to immediately contact and register their problems and complaints and provide an immediate solution.
